These were a few weeks back and I wish I had a big enough backdrop area to take a photo of all the custom kids cakes we had for this week and I don’t always have them all finished at the same time before their pick ups so I miss the photo opportunity 🙃

I always use white chocolate masking ganache to achieve this flawless, crisp finish. Coloured with a combination of Vivid oil range “mint” and “sea foam”.

I used masking ganache from to achieve this white, flawless finish 🤍 with a mix of gel and oil colours from the Vivid range for the cupcakes, cookies and fondant decorations.
