Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by today to buy cookies, make a donation, or simply take the time to read our story. We are feeling incredibly grateful for the kindness and support our community has shown. 💜💛

Just a little reminder that Mudgee orders close this Wednesday, 10th June. A huge thank you to everyone who has already placed and paid for their orders, I’ll even have some of them ready for collection this week! 😊

If you’ve submitted an order but haven’t had a chance to make payment yet, please do so before the cut-off date. As our family is covering the production costs so that every dollar from cookie sales can be donated to NSW Police Legacy, we’re only able to bake confirmed, paid orders.

Orders close: 10th June
Collection/delivery: 17th June — National Police Legacy Day

📍 Orange Orders
Orders close: 18th June
Delivery: 25th June

If you already know you’d like to order, please send your order through early if possible, it really helps with planning and preparation.

These are the designs that will feature on our fundraiser cookies for National Police Legacy Day 💗

Cookies will be available at the Mudgee Makers Markets on Sunday 7th June with fundraiser cookies available to purchase on the day 💜💛

💜💛 We have been completely blown away by the support already shown for our National Police Legacy Day fundraiser. Thank you truly- every order, share and message means so much to us.

Our original intention was to personally cover all costs so that 100% of cookie sales could be donated directly to NSW Police Legacy.

With more orders than we originally anticipated already (which we are so grateful for!), a few people have asked whether there’s another way they can support if they don’t need cookies themselves. So, we’re opening up the option to sponsor a batch of cookies.

One batch makes 28 cookies and costs approximately $60 to produce.

Please know there is absolutely no expectation! Cookie orders and support alone are more than enough 💗

Any sponsorship received will go directly towards producing cookies and, if sponsorship exceeds production costs, any remaining amount will simply be added to the final donation to NSW Police Legacy.

A perfect personalised birthday treat for a little girl 💝

These sweet birthday cookies were requested by my daughter as a special gift for her friend to go alongside her present, and I think they turned out so beautifully.

Simple, pretty, and personalised. The perfect little extra to make a birthday feel even more special.

I’m hoping to work on my signature birthday cookie range this week, with beautiful options like these becoming part of my regular range… stay tuned 💗

A little update from Baked by Amy 💗 (sorry in advance for the long post!)

I’ve been reflecting on the direction I’d love to take with my custom cookies and have decided that moving forward, my focus will be on simple, beautiful cookie designs that are timeless, elegant, delicious, and perfect for both small and large orders.

I want to specialise in cookies that feel clean and beautiful, without heavily layered fondant or overly detailed designs, while still creating something special for every occasion.

I’m working on creating a signature range of cookies that will be regularly available to order, with options to personalise through colours, sprinkles, shimmer, edible images, and other beautiful finishing touches.

Custom orders will still be available, and I’ll continue working with local business Bubbles Creations and Designs to help bring your vision to life while keeping designs clean, beautiful, and high quality.

I’m also working on a website linked to my socials to make ordering even easier, along with new product photos to showcase these options.

What would you love to see available as part of my regular range? 💗

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Today we celebrate all kinds of motherhood and all the women who love, nurture, support and show up in so many different ways.

To the mums in the thick of it, the mums missing their babies, those longing to become mothers, those missing their own mums, the bonus mums, the aunties, the grandmas, and those carrying heavy hearts today- this day is for you too.

Mother’s Day can bring joy, love, grief, gratitude and everything in between, and all of those feelings are valid.

Sending love to each and every one of you today. I hope your day is filled with kindness, comfort, and maybe something sweet 🤍
