A little introduction 🍪

Hi, I’m Quang — though many people also know me as Josie — the person behind Cookie by Q.

I started this little business in late 2023, originally experimenting with simple homemade cookies and sharing sweets with my family — especially my Mum and husband, who both have a big sweet tooth.

Although I’ve always loved food, I never imagined I would one day fall in love with baking. Over time, what started as a side business slowly became a real passion for creating flavours inspired by the Vietnamese and Asian desserts I grew up loving, while incorporating seasonal local produce and comforting textures into each creation.

From prepackaged cookies at my very first market stall to now creating mochi-stuffed cookies, handmade fillings, and seasonal flavours for the display cabinet each weekend, Cookie by Q has slowly grown alongside me in ways I never expected.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, shared, visited my stall, or simply tried one of my cookies along the way.
I’m so grateful to keep creating and sharing these flavours with you ❤️
