Going through the kitchen cupboards today I found a mini doughnut machine I was given in a work Kris Kringle years ago and never used. Gave it a go and whipped up these choc chip doughnuts. Not bad for a first try!

Muffins and sunshine, what more could you want? These were attempt #2 - chocolate muffins with a chocolate filling. They still weren’t quite right so there will be an attempt #3 next weekend!
