Sweet Saligia Welcome to your ultimate sin! My name is Jessica and i am your average chef with a flare for baking My name is Jessica, I am a chef with a flare for pastry.

Some of my qualifications include certificate 2 and 3 in cookery, certificate 3 and 4 in pastry and bakery. I have also worked with confectionery, chocolate and sugar figurines for advance cake decorating. I use RTR icing, gum paste, CMC powder to strengthen the figurines. Then a variety of edible paints and blushes for a bright vibrant colour. Everything from cake to decorations are steamed then glossed for that finishing shine.
