Behind every tray, there is real work, consistency, and attention to detail.

This is me, involved in every step—from early morning preparation to the final finish of each product. Everything is made with care, patience, and focus on quality.

My journey started with a love for traditional baking and has grown into running my own café.

Every day starts at 5am. The café opens at 6am, and the day is spent baking, serving customers, and managing everything until around 5 or 6pm.

It’s a demanding routine, but it’s built on passion, discipline, and commitment to what I do.
This is not just a job. It’s my business and my responsibility.

پشت هر سینی شیرینی، یک کار مداوم، دقت و توجه به جزئیات وجود دارد.

این من هستم؛ درگیر تمام مراحل کار، از آماده‌سازی‌های صبح زود تا آخرین مرحله‌ی تکمیل هر محصول. همه‌چیز با دقت، صبر و تمرکز روی کیفیت انجام می‌شه.

مسیر من از علاقه به شیرینی‌پزی سنتی و کیک پزی شروع شد و امروز به مدیریت یک کافه رسیده .

هر روز ساعت ۵ صبح شروع میشه. کافه ساعت ۶ باز می‌شه و تا حدود ۵ یا ۶ عصر، روز بین پخت‌وپز، سرویس‌دهی به مشتریان و مدیریت مجموعه می‌گذرد.

این یک روتین سخت است، اما بر پایه عشق، نظم و تعهد به کاری که انجام می‌دم هست.
این فقط یک شغل نیست؛ کسب‌وکار و مسئولیت من است.
