Welcome to the Rad Rebel Riders Bake off!

The Rad Rebel Riders want you to share their love of bikes, cakes and friends. Join us for the raddest Bake Off ever at the inaugural BikeFest Village Picnic!

This isn’t Helltrack, but it is a bake off! So pull on your baking mits, strap on your helmet and bring your tasty treats to the Rad Rebel Rider BikeFest Bake Off!

Winners taking home a hot spot at the Convent Bakery bread making workshop, $200 Mister Bianco dinner voucher, Convent Bakery rewards cards and Melbourne BikeFest keep cups.

Cakes, bikes, really rad prizes, it’d be rude NOT to bake!

Winners announced at 1.30pm. Entries will then be contributed to the Village Picnic Feast Table for all to sample and share. Warm and Fuzzy vibes all round!

We are requesting people pre-register their entry (name, the name of their baked work of art and recipe).

Pre-registered entries will be included in the Inaugural Rad Rebel Rider/BikeFest zine, featuring entrants’ recipes, illustrations by Rebel Mel Knight and mud maps of our favourite bike paths and bakeries!

A very special Rad Rebel Rider tea towel is being prepared for the event also thanks to the design skills of Le Sphinx and printing skills of Ink & Spindle!

Cute overload!

Your judging panel includes The Rad Rebel Riders, Melbourne Foodie writer melbournegastronome, and one of the stunning bicycle belles from Frocks on Bikes.

Please note there is no refrigeration so pavlovas are probably not going to win you much apart from a tummy upset!
