Once again I was asked to make a cake for Archer - this year he turned 7!! I have been making Archer's birthday cakes for quite a few years now and I have loved each and every one. This year he wanted a Pokemon theme so created this cake along with some decorated cookies.

Sadly, because of lockdown this cake never made it to the birthday boy as he lives in country Victoria. The family gathering had to be cancelled at the last minute. Such is the world we are living in at the moment. Hopefully he gets to see a picture of his cake at the very least.
