Recently my best girl turned 6 and we had an awesome party at her gymnastics club. The kids had a ball and were fully engaged in the activities on offer. We decided to go big on the event and lower key on the food etc. A fabulous cake is always in order but the rest was just for fun. She loves rainbows and is a horse/unicorn lover :)

Ok so finally i have gotten to a computer to share this image of Verity and Ryan's gorgeous cake. I love love love this one, it is almost exactly what i would have if I got married again (to my same awesome husband in case you were wondering!)

This weekend in class I made this cake while teaching the lovely No and Penny at Whimsical Cakehouse. We had soooo much fun and a lot of learning was had. Hope you like them :)

Beautiful cake for a beautiful little girl this weekend gone. Mia's aunt contacted me for this cake and I hope they loved it as much as I did. The cake sits elevated on a sugar stand, inspired by Swank Cake Design . A bit thank you to my friend Leah for some last minute rescue :)
