Not cake related but I just had to say how very proud I am of Melbourne today. Finally after 6 lockdowns and being the most lockdown city in the world people are waking up. Our premier wants to put into law a PERMANENT state of emergency and declare a pandemic even if there isn’t one anywhere in the world. He will hold the power to place us into lockdown at his own discretion. We have so far spent 262 days in lockdown, almost 9 months of stay at home orders.
