When childcare updated their birthday cake policy to a fruit platter only situation… you already know I wasn’t going to send a tray of chopped fruit 😌🍉
Challenge accepted.
Fruit platter… but make it CAKE ENERGY 🎂✨
Now let’s be honest… chopping fruit and arranging it neatly is not my thing 🫣 I’d rather be covering a cake in buttercream any day!
But for the kids? We get creative and make it cute.
Who said healthy can’t be extra?
