Nourished by Kell Everything is made fresh on the day of pick up allowing you to keep fresh in the fridge for three days or Freeze.

We use Sugar Cane pulp container which are great for the enviroment and wonderful to use as the can go in the fridge, freezer, micromave and even in the oven. Tuesday Pick up 4.30-6.30pm
Orders must be in by Sunday 11pm

Friday Pick up 4.00-4.45pm or 5.45-6.30pm
Orders must be in by Wednesday 11pm

So this happened!!
I am still here but things are looking very different. I have waved good bye to the portable kitchen and some very exciting new things are to come.
I really wanted to say thank you for your support and being part of this wonderful time of my life. Thank you for your orders, the privilege of teaching your children and all that they have taught me. Knowing that the space was special enough to let guard down and share your worries. Pretty much, thanks for being beautiful people in my world.
