‘Bigoli in salsa’ - one of my absolute favourites pastas EVER! Pasta dishes with just two ingredients should not taste this good, but when those two ingredients are the absolute best you can get your hands on (cipollini onions from Somerset Heritage Produce, and Cantabrian anchovies), then you can see why this plate is so much more than the sum of its parts.
