Big news from the Apple Isle!
In 2024, our Natural Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers won silver.
This year? They’ve climbed the salty snack ranks to become Reserve Champion at the Royal Tasmania Fine Food Awards 2025!
Not bad for a humble little cracker made from fermented dough and a sprinkle of sea salt.
No fancy toppings. No dramatic flair. Just good old-fashioned crunch—and now, a shiny new badge of honour.
Big thanks to the judges, our STF crew, and every single person who’s ever said, “I’ll just have one” (then didn’t).

Every Fleur cracker starts with a delicate touch—each edible flower is hand-trimmed, hand-cut, and carefully placed onto our signature sourdough before baking. This meticulous process ensures that every cracker is as unique as it is beautiful.

Our small-batch, artisanal approach means that every box of Fleur crackers is hand-packed with care, bringing you a product that’s not only delicious but truly crafted with love.

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Wally—a true Sunshine Coast local with stories as rich as the food we love to create. He stopped by the Silver Tongue Foods premises at Chevallum (Unit 4/68 Empire Cresent), and we shared a moment at the Table of Knowledge—talking, laughing, and reminiscing about family recipes that have stood the test of time.

Wally shared a special piece of his past with us—his mum’s cherished family recipe. And now, with his blessing, we’re bringing it back to life! What an incredible privilege to honour her legacy and weave her flavours into our journey.

This is the magic of communiry, connection and supporting local—where stories turn into inspiration, and traditions live on.

We’re beyond excited to introduce Patrick, our incredible chef who joined Silver Tongue Foods in early 2025! Trained in Germany and with an impressive career spanning NZ, Australia, and Europe’s top hotels, Patrick brings a passion for bold flavours and creative food experiences.

With a deep love for cooking and crafting new flavours, Patrick is all about quality, innovation, and balance—both in the kitchen and in life. His focus on family and work-life balance makes him a perfect fit for STF, and we can’t wait to see (and taste!) what’s next.

Our journey started with a passion for real food, made the right way – slow-fermented, and packed with flavour. Every batch we create is a labour of love.
