Vanessa from Pastel and Bloom made my amazing wedding cake. Of course I wasnt going to put that pressure on myself and make my own cake. My wedding cake looked and tasted amazing.

Our gorgeous little lady turned 6 yesterday and she had a very specific request for her cake. A Mermaid Cake. So I made a mermaid tail cake (with her approval of course). The cake was a 7" round buttercake, two tone in colour and flavour orange and raspberry. The cake stood 20cm tall and the mermaid tail another 25cm, and was made out of fondant.

It was a very Happy Birthday for gorgeous Asher who had her First birthday party yesterday. The theme was Emma from The Wiggles, so lots of yellow and black. The cake was a chocolate mud cake with yellow white chocolate truffle ganache and the cupcakes were chocolate. All hand crafted by The Ministry of Cake :)
