First attempt at roast pork, feedback was good, apparently the crackle was even good.

Love the sensor for cooking anything I’m unsure about!

Come back tomorrow to see what I use the rest of the pork for, do love it when I can cook once eat twice.

Bangers & mash, it’s been a minute.

With the thermomix taking care of the mash & gravy, it makes for a pretty easy dinner, which was the mood for tonight.

Mash stays warm in the thermoserver & I didn’t even wash the bowl in between, they were getting eaten together anyway 🤷‍♀️

Vanya Insull sticky lemon chicken

Super simple, you don’t need a thermomix, I do use it to cook the rice & chop & mix the sauce ingredients tho, because it saves me time!

If you haven’t, well worth a try!

What’s something you’ve now made, that you’d never heard of or made before you owned your thermomix?

Yorkshire puddings are just one of those things for me!

& often they shrink once I’ve taken them out of the oven, but I tried a different recipe this week & they held their shape.

Sep meal plan done
Fruit & veg prepped
3 * pizza dough ready
Jumbo loaf of bread
Choc chip cookies
Chicken bites
Cranberry & oat balls
Chocolate cereal slice
Whole chicken steamed ready to reheat for dinner
Chicken breast slow cooked ready for lunches

A couple of busy weeks ahead, dinners planned is one less thing to think about 😉

Lunchbox snacks ready means mornings are smoother & no extra supermarket runs!

When lasagne is on the menu but a couple of the boys really want to try ravioli!

We made the pasta dough & the bolognese lasagne layers.

But used some of the bolognese filling for the ravioli.

We’ll definitely make it again, but I do need to remember, apparently the lasagne is always better the next day 🤷‍♀️
