Two years ago, I closed down my little creative fun biz, Chalk and Cheese.

At the time, I needed to focus on my main business, and two toddlers. Plus, the name of the business was from my adorable two little mini fox terriers, and I lost both of them in a short period, meaning it kinda stung to even say it.

Lately, I've been feeling that itch.

The itch to create.

To have some fun.

To get crafty again.

So, I'm bringing back Chalk and Cheese Occasions.

It'll look a little different, more focused on the part I loved the most - cake toppers - and less "trying to be everything for everyone".

It'll also stay small, taking on limited orders that I can pour my creative energy into without burning out or resenting it. Meaning a better product, a happier maker, and hopefully, a long term FUN biz.

I'm also changing up the branding a bit, to what I originally wanted it to be: bright, colourful, fun. Everything a party should be!
