From an empty block to two brand-new homes, there’s something pretty satisfying about standing back at the end and seeing the finished product.

Another milestone ticked off with the under-house storage slab now poured. Chester Contracting

The project is continuing to take shape and we’re looking forward to seeing this duplex come up out of the ground over the coming weeks.

A couple of exciting milestones across our current projects.

📍 Mulligan Street Duplex
The temporary builder’s fence has come down, giving a clear view of the finished product taking shape. Painters are now on site, which means we’re getting very close to the finish line.

📍 Hatcher Street Duplex
Excavation has officially commenced. After months of planning, approvals and preparation, it’s great to see machinery on site and the project moving out of the ground.

We’ve just exchanged on another piece of land.

I share this because we want more people to see what’s possible when you start investing, take risks and think long term.

Everything we’re building through Johnson Property Group started with a vision, plenty of hard work and a willingness to take risks.

Projects like this are also great for the local economy!
Keeping builders, tradies, suppliers and local businesses busy along the way.

We definitely don’t have it all figured out, and some of our next steps will push us outside our comfort zone too.

But that’s where growth happens!

If sharing what we’re learning along the way helps others start their own journey, that would make me just as proud as building the portfolio itself. I love seeing others succeed and win along the way.
