♥️Hospital & Community Support ~ They are present in hospitals and clinics to provide direct guidance, Emergency Care Packages, and help families navigate their child's medical journey
♥️Practical Assistance ~ Help with navigating government systems and covering travel and accommodation costs for families traveling for medical care
♥️Connection & Peer Support ~ Facilitating a community for families to connect, share experiences, and access peer-to-peer mentoring

The raffle will be drawn on Friday, and I’ve been invited to draw out the winner of the custom cake prize 🤩 good luck everyone!
