We are currently running Cake Decorating classes - 'Cake Decorating for Beginners' and 'Intermediate Two Tier Cake & Flower Making'. We run small classes of 3-6 people with two instructors. Trial out different cake decorating tools before you invest in your own. All you have to bring to class is a cake!

We are looking at conducting a cake decorating class with a focus on learning how to create a two tier cake. This class is for students who have the basic skills of covering a cake with fondant (Intermediate level). Please let us know if you are interested in this type of class. We are looking at holding some classes in May.
