Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Wainwright!

This cake was stunning and matched the decor up at the Surf Club perfectly!
Everything looked just wow, wow, WOW.
Lemonade Events nailed it!

I spent a few hours hand rolling a lot of those balls, all uniquely their own special size 🤪
Finished with a lustre for a little shimmer.

The big balls you usually get give me anxiety!
Scared someone is going to lose a tooth if they bite into one of those suckers not knowing theyre hard like a gobstopper!!
Doing this puts my mind at ease that the cake eating experience is enjoyed and not painful 😂

How good are the arvos this week!
We are so lucky to have such warm sunny days!
Looking forward to that summer weather and the balmy nights!

So here’s some sunshine for the feed too.
Cutest cake for Miyah’s first birthday!
The colours on this were awesome, the peachy tones into that gorgeous yellow.

Some yummy cake balls and some sparkles to finish her off!

A cake fit for a little princess 💛

Hello Sweet Spotters, it’s been a while!

I’m sorry for the radio silence, it’s been a busy month with a perth trip thrown in there every single weekend!
I’ve just had my first Saturday home in what feels like forever!
Life is busy, it’s been hectic. My brain is completely frazzled and a little overwhelmed.

I am however still here, still baking….just very very slow on admin!
I’ll be tackling my inbox tomorrow afternoon so everyone will have a reply by then!
Sorry!!

I have a huge backlog of cakes to post, but we’ll start with this one!

How absolutely gorgeous is she!
So many little details.
The textures.
The shells.
The colours.

The rectangle, square, easy serve cakes are in at the moment and I’m here for it.

This cake travelled all the way up to Monkey Mia for a special birthday celebration and made it there perfectly!

Happy 60th Helen!!
