Latest cake but not a great picture. Navy with touches of pink, white and gold. Bottom, vanilla sponge with Russian buttercream and raspberry compote. Top, lemon drizzle with lemon curd and Russian buttercream. All covered in marshmallow fondant. Sugar flowers to decorate and handmade edible “60” topper.

Base tier lemon drizzle sponge with lemon buttercream. 2nd tier vanilla sponge with salted caramel buttercream. 3rd and 4th tiers fresh orange and almond sponge with white choc ganache. Not seen in photo, separate gluten-free chocolate sponge with white choc ganache.
