it's humid. the oven won't go below 350. no pavlova's until further notice.

kind of weird that pavlova is a traditional summer thing as it requires the oven on for a long time, although relatively low temp, still, not something i want cranking at even 175^F for even 10 min. and then the humidity - ruins it every time. or is it just me?

I think kirsch need to be brought into this somehow but otherwise - let's do this thing!
