Forgot to post photos the other day. This is/was my second last cake.
Made for the gorgeous Emma and Sam. It was an honour to play a small part in their big day.

Well the time has come to sadly announce that i have closed my books and will be closing up at the end of the year.

I started uni this year part time to see if I could stick it out (i hated school), and it turns out i love it. I begin full time next year to fulfill my childhood dream of becoming a midwife.
Cakes and part time uni has been stressful and i simply won't be able to handle the stress of full time uni and cakes as well.

Hopefully my daughters, family and friends will present me with some fun cake challenges in the future which i will share with you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way.

So in love with this gorgeous cake I was able to create for the beautiful Jessie and husband Rhys.
This giant beauty was delivered to brown sugar at warners bay yesterday.
Then i get a message from the bride today with this amazing feedback "You are literally AMAZING!!!! My cake looked STUNNING. I almost cried when I seen it.
Exactly what I dreamed of and more xoxo"
"I was honestly lost for words and the cake was my favourite thing in the room (apart from my HUSBAND 😋)"

Today i was honoured to be involved in the wedding of Chris and Sarah
A celebration of the coming together of two amazing people. After postponing their wedding several times due to Chris being diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago, they made it through today no matter what.
A reminder to be thankful every day.

This was my last cake for 2016 for the beautiful Belle who turned 23.
I was a tragic teenage blink 182 fan, so this was a bit of fun for me too.
Who else had them turned up loud in the car?

A huge happy birthday to Bella who turns 13!
She also had cupcakes and cookies made to match.
We hope she has an amazing birthday.

Rain and damp are cake decorators worst enemy. I've cracked out the fancy dehydrator today to try and dry out the pieces for tomorrows cake.

A huge congratulations to Lyn and Pete on your wedding today. The weather put on a beautiful show for you today.
Absolutely loved their cake and the set up of the whole room.
