Every cake maker probably has those days when the machines we rely on decide to give up on us 😅 Today it was my refrigerator, right when I was supposed to make a really beautiful cake.

I genuinely thought there was no way I could work on a cake without constantly refrigerating it, but somehow I managed to finish this one without it. I still don’t know how 😂

I guess sometimes you just have to improvise, figure things out as you go, and make it work. And somehow… we do.

And if I can make a cake without a refrigerator, I suppose the next thing I should try is making ice cream without one 😂
