A peak behind the curtain of recipe testing when I get the chance. Trying out some hot cross buns in preparation for next week. A few minor tweaks and I think they’ll be good to go! ✌️

Our wagon wheel slice is absolutely delicious but I will admit, being on the thicker side of life the standard 4 pieces are quite large and would likely be a bit too much for little people, even some big people lol if it suits you’re needs better I’m happy to adjust your packaged amounts to however suits you. This slice for example I could cut into 6 or even 8 smaller pieces rather than the 4 large ones. You’d still have the same amount of slice, just in a size that works for you. I can do the same with the packed amounts of our cookies and truffles as well

I was gearing up to post our menu for this week when I realised I’ve got a fair bit on Friday, Saturday AND Sunday this week so I’m sorry to say I won’t be baking this weekend . I’ll see you all next week with yummy treats for all 😊 ✌️

If you’ve never come across Monster Cookies before, they look like this (not my photo). They are flourless with the bulk of the mix being rolled oats and (usually) peanut butter. Finish them off with a heap of choc chips and mini M&M’s and you’ll have found your new favourite cookie that’s hard to stop eating 🤤

For school snack purposes, these have no peanut butter, but instead use another spread that tastes like peanut butter but contains no nuts! Cookies will be in our usual mini size coming in a bag of 4 cookies with 5 bags per pack, enough to see you through the school week. Each pack is $5.50

All goods baked in a council approved & registered kitchen. Cash or card payment on collection. Orders close Friday evening but if you forget we often have some extras available on Sunday if you keep an eye on our page ✌️

Monster cookies are normally made with peanut butter but I’ve been able to substitute with a school safe alternative that still tastes like peanut butter but contains no nuts! I’m so excited about this as I LOVE monster cookies, I’m hoping to successfully convert some other peanut butter based recipes into school safe options in the future ☺️

We will have some extras available in the following that can be picked up on Sunday if anyone wants to call dibs. I can’t guarantee exact amounts so it will be first in best dressed, but I should have some extra of:

Banana choc chip muffins
Chocolate choc chip muffins
Cinnamon donut muffins
Vanilla cupcakes
Chocolate Weetbix slice and
Maaaybe some Milo Truffles (maybe I’ll eat them 😂)
