✨ Sourdough fun fact! ✨

What to do with that rock hard 3–4 day old loaf?

Run the whole loaf quickly under the tap until the crust is damp, then bake it at around 180–200°C for 10–15 minutes.

The water turns to steam in the oven, rehydrating the inside while the heat crisps the crust back up 🫣

The result: crackly crust, soft middle, and a loaf that tastes almost freshly baked again 🥖✨
