Well the time has come for me to make a decision to scale up or scale down my weekly bread bakes. I’ve decided to keep baking but only to order and only every second Thursday. This bread freezes really well so if you love it, get enough to last you 2 weeks. Sorry to my loyal supporters that I can’t give you fresh bread as regularly as I can afford.

Please get your orders in for this Thursday then next session will be 1st of February.

Last chance for Christmas bread! I have a big baking day on Thursday with lots of wreaths and French sticks. Please get your orders in by end of day tomorrow. Freeze bread in airtight bags, thaw then chuck in a hot oven for 10 mins on Christmas Day! 🎄❤️🎄

Hi everyone, bake day might be off tomorrow. A big gumtree came down and took out the powerlines on Main Street right in front of the pizza shop! ☹️ Tamborine mountain pizza lost their car and were nearly under it! Hopefully power will be back on but won’t know till morning.
