Effectively as of today Kai Thyme PIE STOP Cafe has ceased trading at Market City. Business God willing, will resume in a new location. We will relaunch with only the classic and favoured Tastes of Home that you have all told us you miss and yearn for. The writing has been on the wall as we have seen a steady decline in weekly sales over the past 3 months. We know the factors involved however recovery is unforeseeable. The weekends have boomed but has not been enough to sustain us. In order to stay integral to our core values we have relinquished our lease. Our landlord (Market City Ltd) have released us without penalty and we will spend the next short season clearing arrears. We will be looking for a commercial bakery to make pies and our signature range of food. So keep a look out for us. Somewhere lil closer to home SOR. Taking time out with family to rebuild and strengthen. So please this is not we out we done ... this is re-group, re-set, re-launch. We are loving the journey of discovering more of who we are and what is most important to us. He whanau, he tangata, me te aroha o Kai .... Kua ngata te puku me wairua!! Satisfying belly & soul.
