Sofia turns ONE

My beautiful baby celebrated her first birthday back in July, and I still can’t quite believe my little girl is one. 🥹

For her cake, I chose the theme “Fun to be ONE” because if you know Sofia, you know there couldn’t have been a more perfect theme. 💕 She is fun, sweet, cheeky, curious, cuddly, happy, and has the biggest little personality.

I hope she always knows just how incredibly loved she is. Being her mum is my greatest privilege, and watching her grow this past year has been the most beautiful, messy, crazy and wonderful adventure.

After a little break from cakes while we were in Italy, I’m back. 🤍

I’m also back at my full time job, learning how to balance work, being a mum to Sofia, and all the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) things that come with life moving so quickly.

I still want to make cakes. Because honestly, they’re still a little piece of me in a life that has changed so much.

So, I’ll be taking on a smaller number of cakes each week and working in a more condensed capacity than I have before. It might mean I can’t say yes to every order, but I’m so excited to keep creating the cakes that make your celebrations special. 🎂🤍
