Hello cake lovers
While I love cake and the creative process involved in making something special, it is with sadness that I have decided to stop making cakes. It's been a while since I posted anyway because as always life and circumstances get in the way of the things you like doing vs the things you need to do. At the moment, it's not worth the stress both for me and my family - at least for now 😉
Thank you for your comments and support. I have really appreciated having somewhere to share my creations.

I had seen mirror cakes popping up on the internet and was curious. For new years eve, I decided to make a galaxy mirror cake. So, here it is.
Caramel mudcake, salted caramel filling and caramel mousse cake with a galaxy mirror glaze. Tasted good and I learned a lot about how to do it. Next one will be even better :)
