Sourdog Provisions proudly presents RANGOON: project Enoki X Myanmar Corner

Join us on the 30th of June as Chef Gerald Ong of project Enoki teams up with Chef Kyaw Swe Ko to celebrate the vibrancy of South East Asian cuisine.

Journey with us on a gastronomic adventure as we explore culinary diversity within Burmese and Singaporean heritage. The prix fixe menu will feature traditional flavours in a modern context.

We have now extended our mooncake availability for one final run in early October. Thank you so much for those who have ordered, for those who have missed out and reached out, and to those who are returning for more!!

Enjoy a curated selection of snow skin mooncakes, handmade in Canberra. Inspired by traditional mooncake flavours and influences of Japanese wagashi art.

Our mooncakes are made with high quality fillings, encased in a mochi “snow-skin”. No artificial flavourings or colourings used.

Each beautiful gift-box will include 6 individually packaged mooncakes (100g each) with the following flavours:

Vanilla white lotus seed
Sakura shiroan white bean
Matcha adzuki red bean
Roasted Sesame with black sesame paste

Galette de Rois, celebrating Epiphany - the day where the 3 wisemen visited baby Jesus in Bethlehem. Creamy and fragrant almond frangipane sandwiched in between layers of puff pastry, finished with rum syrup. Hiding within as an edible féve is a whole almond - whoever gets this piece gets to be the King for the day! A traditional French pastry from the 14th century. Good for sharing between 6 people. DM to order yours for pick up 06 Jan, Fri or 07 Jan, Sat. $34 per galette.
