This small change will allow us to continue delivering the quality and service you know and love, while giving our incredible team a well-deserved opportunity to rest and recharge.

It’s hard to believe that almost 12 months ago this dream became a reality.
These photos take us back to the very beginning... empty shelves, long days, late nights, a lot of hard work, and plenty of nervous excitement before we opened our doors for the very first time.
Looking back now, it’s amazing to see just how far we’ve come.
What started as a dream has become something so much bigger than we ever imagined, and that’s all because of you.
To our incredible customers, thank you for supporting us from day one. Whether you’ve popped in every morning for your coffee, grabbed lunch on your break, picked up fresh bread for dinner, or simply shared a kind word with us, you’ve helped shape Burra Bakery into what it is today. 🤎
We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to our family, friends and our amazing team. From helping us paint walls and move equipment, to working countless early mornings and long days, your encouragement, belief and support have meant the world to us. Our staff have become family, and we will never forget everyone who helped make this dream a reality.
