We specialise in backyard-friendly spit roasts and canapé-style catering, designed for relaxed, walk-around events — not big venue buffets.
We deliver, set up, start the cook, and return to finish and serve (or you can self-serve).

🐖 WHOLE PIG ON SPIT
$60 per person | Minimum 25 guests
Includes:
• Whole pig roasted on spit
• Professional spit roaster
• Seasoning, mounting & fire started
• Setup & equipment pickup
🥗 INCLUDED SALADS (DESIGNED FOR ROAST MEAT)
• Apple, orange & rocket salad with honey mustard dressing
• Cucumber & mint salad with lemon & white wine vinegar dressing
Fresh bread rolls & sauces included.

🐑 WHOLE LAMB ON SPIT

• Whole lamb roasted on spit
• Spit roaster supplied
• Setup, fire started & pickup
Includes the same two signature salads, bread/rice & sauces.

👨🍳 OPTIONAL CHEF ON-SITE SERVICE
$40 per hour
Typical event:
3:00pm setup → dinner service → finish approx. 9:00pm
(Approx. 6 hours = $240)
Chef duties:
• Fire & temperature control
• Carving & serving
• Service flow management
Self-serve option is included at no extra cost.

Our canapé menu is fully customisable.
Clients choose their preferred items — all served as bite-size, walk-around pieces (not full meals).

$45 – $65 per person, depending on:
• Number of items chosen
• Protein selection
• Quantity per guest

$350 – $450 flat (up to 30 guests)

• Portable woodfired pizza oven delivered to your location
• Limited pizza menu (3–4 styles)
• 90-minute service window
Great as a grazing option alongside canapés or after the roast.
