My latest creation was a gluten free chocolate mud cake for a special lady’s 21st birthday. It was 4 layers of chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling, finished with Swiss meringue buttercream. And of course some gluten free macaroons for the top. Happy birthday Mackensie!

Busy week this week creating this beauty for an 18th birthday. The brief was colour and decadence. I think this delivered. The inside was different coloured layers of white chocolate mud cake. I used a vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in between the layers and on the outside with white chocolate ganache for the drips. Delicious!

Happy belated Mother’s Day to all the mums out there. Here’s a cake that I made for our Mother’s Day get together. This one is a gluten free chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, raspberry jam layer and topped with strawberries and raspberries. Decadent and delicious!

So I think it might be time for some more mixed cupcake packs leading in to Easter. I’m thinking I’ll have them done for 29/30 March. Like always it will be $25 for a 6 pack of mixed cupcakes. Let me know by commenting on this post or sending me a message if you’d like to place an order. The flavours I’m thinking this time are:
