The Winter Pavlova is made with chocolate custard, chocolate cream, pear poached in chocolate and spices, hazelnuts, blackberry, orange, toasted meringue, and handmade caramel.

But the ingredients are only part of it.

What matters most is the moment they create — the pause before the first slice, the conversation that continues after the plates are cleared, and the feeling that something made by hand has changed the pace of the evening.
