I had a completely different idea in mind before I started decorating these cookies, but I love how they evolved along the way. Sometimes the unplanned ones end up being some of my favourites 💙💚

I was asked to create a selection of samples for a couple of upcoming Maternity Open Days, so it was the perfect excuse to make a little bit of everything - baby girl, baby boy, gender reveal, neutral and even a touch of Christmas 🎄

If you’re in the area tomorrow, pop by Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital and visit Yvette Carter 🩷💙

I had so much fun designing and Eddie printing these macarons for the first time - I’m so happy with how they turned out 🧡

Thanks to my brother-in-law for turning 50 and giving me the perfect excuse to experiment.. 😂 (Who else experiments on their family members..? 🙋🏼‍♀️)

Chocolate orange macarons with a dark chocolate ganache centre 🤤😋

Bluey & Bingo are all dressed up and ready for trick or treating! 🎃👻

And of course, no Bluey set would be complete without an episode title 💙

For a little extra Halloween fun, Bluey & Bingo will also be available together as a 2-cookie PYO set 🎨

I think this one will be staying pinned for a while… ✨

Opal & Co Cookie House is officially the 2026 ACDN Regional Winner for NSW Cookie Business of the Year — and a National Finalist! 🏆

Still not quite sure this has sunk in yet…

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to vote and to everyone who has supported my business along the way 💖

Next stop: the national finals! 😬

I had an idea involving monsters and eyeball cookies for Halloween…. This is where we ended up 😂
