For those who are wanting to know what my motivation is for doing cakes. It all comes from my boy Kai. He loved his food, whether it be hotdogs, Parma, chocolate and cakes. All he wanted ever was for me to be happy, and by baking it brings me some joy in such a terrible time on my life, with every cake that is baked it makes me feel like Kai is right beside me and encouraging me to make something of this. Even through all the grief and pain, I feel closer to Kai.

Kai’s Creations is a home-based bakery established in 2026, created from love, healing, and a deep connection to family. Inspired by my son Kai who would always encourage me to do what made me happy, I pour heart and meaning into every creation. Specialising in beautifully crafted buttercream and ganache cakes, as well as custom cakesicles, each design is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. What began as a passion has grown into a space where joy, sweetness, and remembrance come together, celebrating life’s special moments through thoughtfully made cakes and cakesicles.
