I have been decorating cakes for a couple of years now. I was inspired by a good friend and enjoy the art of cake decorating. I have completed a number of courses and I am continually learning new techniques which I put into practice decorating cakes for all occasions. I do not believe in packet mixes therefore I bake all of my cakes from scratch. The cake must taste as good as it looks and if you

r paying money for a cake,... you deserve a great tasting cake. My cakes are filled and covered with a range of different fillings which inlcude freshly made Ganache, flavoured buttercream, mock cream, cream cheese and flavoured sugar frostings. As I bake everything from scratch, I can cater for your likes and dislikes, and some special requirements.
