I have so many things to share, stories to tell. Like this cute fella, all edible, since April 2026! 🤦 And an ever-increasing To Do list and brain that talks more than I do. For those who know me, THAT is saying something 🙄Somedays, the only quiet is when I’m in full sprint on the treadmill, when the brain literally cannot think anything other than next-step-next-step-smash-smash-smash. Ah well - hope you enjoyed your minion cake Mr H ❤️

When the client has already left a review the previous year but adds a photo again because… Thanks Sush. No surgery here, but I’ve been exhausted. Your words again show it’s not “just cake”. Hi all! Just a quick note. I’ll be unable to reply to phone calls etc on Wednesday’s and Thursdays until later in the evening. I’ll be in chef class and unable to access phone — head chef is not one to be messed with 😅 Some of you may notice a delay in email replies as well — thanks to SO many of you, baking and decorating is flat out on the other days. Then there’s been some ongoing health stuff, which I’m handling. Aaaand I’ve gone signed up with the excellent CHELSEA BOURKE | ELEVATE COACHING and yeah, loving the pain. That’s one pain I asked for let’s say that lol. That’s me, with bb cream and concealer. ❤️

Dear J and R, hope you both had the most fantastic day. J, thank you so much for asking me… and thank you for the piano lessons for my big miss. She started with you as a 10yo during Covid, now she’s 16 and it’s still the greatest pleasure to hear her play while I make my cakes. Hope the Bailamos was enjoyed by your guests as well — that’s my banana and chocolate cake with the Baileys buttercream and soak. I hope married life for you is full of the same love, patience and music you’ve helped bring into our life. Bless you both, with all our love ❤️
