A huge thank you to everyone who has been supporting An Khang Bakery.

We were absolutely thrilled to see our Cassava Cake sell out today! Seeing so many familiar faces returning and new customers giving us a try means the world to our team.

We also received some valuable feedback that a few bánh mìs were not as warm as expected during these colder winter afternoons. Thank you for letting us know. We take every comment seriously because we are always looking for ways to improve.

To help keep every bánh mì warm, fresh and enjoyable, we are currently organising a sauce warmer system and adjusting our preparation process to ensure our fillings and sauces stay at the perfect temperature throughout the day.

At An Khang, we don’t just want to serve good food — we want every customer to leave happy.

Winter can be a stressful time for small businesses.

Between wages, tax, suppliers, rent, bills, and everything else happening behind the scenes, some days can feel pretty overwhelming.

And suddenly all those early mornings, late nights, and hard work feel worth it.

A big busy day at An Khang Bakery today ❤️

Not only was the shop buzzing, but we also specially baked 90 semi-mini bánh mì for the Wy Yung Football Club, along with our homemade sweet cassava cake for the team.

Since our custom printed bags haven’t arrived yet, our team hand-folded every bag and printed our own custom stickers just for this order — a small touch, but something we do with pride.

At An Khang Bakery, everything is baked with love, care, and genuine community spirit.

After a great response from our first late-night opening on Saturday, we’re keeping the trial going…

An Khang Bakery is now open until 8:00PM every night this week (Monday to Saturday) 🌙🥖☕

And yes… dinner has officially arrived 👀

Crispy Pork Belly on Broken Rice is available now 🍚🔥

More dinner options, including Pork Chop on Broken Rice, are also underway and coming very soon.

So no need to rush before 4pm anymore 😄
Take your time after work and enjoy fresh dinner, bánh mì, coffee and more.

Aunty has escaped to Japan and Vietnam for a holiday 😂✈️

So if the bánh mì takes a tiny bit longer than usual during rush time, please don’t panic — An Khang Bakery is still running normally with the same recipe, same taste, and same crispy goodness ❤️
