I studied art at school and found that I hated sculpture even more than I hated baking! I guess my love for cake decorating started with my disappointment in my daughters christeni
ng cake. It was presented to me on an upside down cake board and it was burnt! It looked great at first glance but what good is that if the taste isn't up to scratch? So, I started making all my children's cakes. I was hooked! Now, I look forward to receiving an order and creating a cake that will tell the story of my customer! Every cake should be as individual as the person receiving it. I can't wait for my next order, to bake it and sculpt it! I guess this proves that you don't know who you will be until you're done. I'm still baking. Even though I now enjoy a bit of cake, for me, Just a Spoonful... is just enough.
