My Name is Karen, I am very busy mother of two wonderful children and a wife to a very supportive and caring husband. My Passion for cakes and everything sweet began as a teenager after tasting and witnessing the creations of some of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted and that my mum created. My personal journey with cakes started after having my own kids and wanting to make special and

memorable cakes for their birthdays and other occasions. Over the last few years, I have pursued my passion further with the encouragement and support from my family and close friends. Pink Vanilla Cakes create Exquisite cakes, cupcakes, macarons and cookies, all made using the freshest ingredients in my home registered kitchen. All the decorations are delicately hand made ranging from 2D creations to more complex 3D figurines.
