You may have seen our delicious Deep Dough at the GAWLER and ROYAL ADELADE SHOW’S or sitting side by side with The Cupcake Lady at one of our sweet popup locations.
WHAT IS A COOKIE PIE? Think of a deep-dish pie... but we have replaced the pasty with cookie dough. we then layer the filling of the pie with a series of unique flavoured chocolate ganache's and an assortment of components and confectionary to achieve our desired flavour combination.

HOW DO YOU EAT THEM? All our cookie pies are served pre-cut and packaged in individual wedge portions (unfortunately no FULL PIES are available to order). We recommend either eating these delicious pies at room temperature or our favourite way to eat them is after heating them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and serving with ice cream.
BUY NOW EAT LATER - Are you thinking that you dont want to miss out on trying all of the flavours but know you wont be able to eat them all in one sitting? We have some fantastic news for you... Our pies will freeze PERFECTLY. You can buy up now and settle your crazings at a later date. Store your purchase in the freezer and simply allow the wedge of pie to thaw and follow the serving suggestions above. ENJOY!
