ed, reputable and wisely known institution within the Abbotsford Convent precinct. Nestled within the walls of the Convent Annexe are two magnificent wood fired mansory ovens built in 1901. Amazingly it is in these ovens that the Convent Bakery, through the hands of Artisan Bakers produces an unique variety of old-fashioned wood fired bread.
