Duties/Responsibilities/Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
✅ At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
✅ Strong knowledge of bakery operations and food safety standards
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations
✅ Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Basic inventory and stock management knowledge
✅ Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
✅ Positive attitude, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset
✅ Preferably currently based in the UAE
✅ Excellent leadership and team management skills
