Sculpting hair is one of my favorite and it’s one of most difficult to get it right in my opinion, if you try do it with lot of details… I am still learning and yet trying so hard to understand the flow of hair , texture and all the shapes it takes every time … this is done with clay , it’s very therapeutic but I wasn’t that successful , but this was my first .. … current I am working a new project , I can say detailing that hair style with the fondant is the toughest so far , I m not allowed to share the photos of it yet but , I’m sure you will understand when you see it .

Taking part in this competition was a wonderful experience and an incredible opportunity. I am truly amazed by everything I learned along the way ,and so grateful for the chance to showcase my skill . The overwhelming love and appreciation I received made it even sweeter.

My Tribute to Dr David Attenborough

As a cake artist, I am incredibly proud to share my Gold Award-winning showpiece, sculpted out of modeling chocolate, created for the Best Pastry Showpiece category at Salon du Chocolat Dubai.

This piece is a heartfelt tribute to Sir David Attenborough, whose voice has filled our home for years through countless BBC documentaries like Planet Earth and his inspiring movie his witnesses statement “A Life on Our Planet.” Watching these with my kids ,we have learned so much about the natural world and the importance of conservation. Sir David has inspired our love for animals and the planet, and his dedication to celebrating and defending nature for over 60 years is truly remarkable.

Wishing Sir David continued good health and happiness. Thank you for inspiring generations to care for the world around us.
