Poached Pear & Labneh Cheesecake Cruffin! Swipe to see the inner workings of our first cruffin, - made with gentle conference pears and a generous squeeze of creamy, whipped labneh & almond frangipane.

Of course, wrapped in layers of morning bun pastry, made with flour and dusted with cinnamon sugar.

We wanted to wait until next weekend to launch this one, but it’s too delicious not to share (p.s we can only make a very few of these each day; so get in early!).
