Dear Friends,

When I first embarked on this journey as Elli’s Cafe & Bakery, I never imagined the incredible growth and success that the Cafe would achieve.

From our humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a beloved space where every person feels welcome and at home.

After much consideration, I have decided to step away from my role at Elli’s Cafe. The Cafe will soon undergo renovations, under the patronage of my business partner Yury Morozov with a completely new food concept as well.

As I reflect on this journey, my heart is filled with gratitude for the experiences and connections that we have built together.

Thank you for being part of this wonderful voyage & will miss you all.
