Grace's Homemade started from a simple Pandesal Challenge ❤

Like the usual beginner, I failed from my first attempt. My husband said, the taste was really perfect just need to improve the texture. 🤗

When I posted my 1st homebaked Pandesal, many of my friends and family reacted. Though not perfect, I didn't get any negative comment. Probably, they were all surprised to find out that I am now in baking. 😜 (Oh well, thanks to Quarantined life and due to Covid-19 pandemic madness, I've learned baking to skip my boredom).

Others say, the genes of the real baker is in me. (Flattered!)😊

Yes! I'm a true blooded bread maker. Thanks to my grandfather "Mamay Po"; my Mom (she's expert in cakes, brownies, cupcakes, and her very special and unique taste of Lasagna / Bakedmac that everybody loves than other baked from a well known bakeshops); to my aunts / uncles, and cousins who keep on inspiring me always and generously sharing their skills and recipes that keeps me trully interested to try more different, tastier and yummier breads! 🥖
